A deposit of £100 is payable when the cottage is booked.  The balance is then due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Please make cheques payable to J.G. Kinnear. Provisional bookings can be held for up to seven days pending receipt of booking details and deposit.

Skrinkle Cottage is available from 3.00pm on the Friday of arrival, and must be vacated by 10.00am on date of departure.

Damages or breakages to the accommodation or equipment must be paid for.

The weekly rate includes bed linen, gas and electricity. Cots and high chairs are available at no extra cost, but please bring your own cot bedding.

Pets are welcome, but please inform us of any pets that will be staying. All pets must have their own bedding and must not be allowed on the furniture. Pets must not be left unattended inside the cottage.
